Fall Fig Spritz
Fresh figs give this drink a soft sweetness that pairs perfectly with elderflower and prosecco. Itβs refreshing, balanced, and easy to make for fall gatherings.
Ingredients
2 fresh figs, quartered
1 oz vodka
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz prosecco
1 oz club soda
Ice
Instructions
Add figs to a shaker and muddle well.
Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
Double strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with prosecco and a splash of club soda.
Garnish with a fig slice or lime wheel.
Serving Tip
