Blush Crush
A raspberry elderflower sour with silky foam and a hint of sparkle.
Blush Crush is light, floral, and perfectly balanced. Fresh raspberries, vodka, elderflower, and lemon give it brightness, while egg white creates a soft, cloud-like foam. A pinch of edible pink glitter finishes it off—subtle, festive, and just enough.
It’s an easy sour that feels elevated, whether you’re hosting Valentine’s, Galentine’s, or just want a pretty cocktail that actually tastes good.
🍸 Blush Crush
Ingredients (1 cocktail)
4–5 fresh raspberries
2 oz vodka
¾ oz elderflower liqueur
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Pinch of edible pink glitter
How to Make
Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker until fully broken down.
Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
Dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds to build a silky foam.
Add ice and shake hard until the shaker is very cold.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Finish with a pinch of edible pink glitter and serve immediately.
Garnish Ideas
A single fresh raspberry
Lemon twist (heart-shaped, if you want)
Tips for the Best Foam
Shake harder than you think—foam loves aggression.
Fine strain for the smoothest finish.
If batching for a party, prep everything except the egg white and add it per drink when shaking.
